Learning Curves .. literally
Today marks the moment I move away from the Google Doc and push up a PDF file which will be edited and added to over as the game grows up. The Rules are still in full on playtest / feedback mode. This new update has been a chance for me to spend time learning how to use Scribus to create a printed document which can provide crop and bleed marks on the page for a printer to work with. In addition I have created the A3 version of the Court along with some player matts and team stats in separate format. The teams are something I know I want to come back to ; stretching out the lore and the concepts as well as developing a method to allow players to assemble their own players and teams. I spent a lot more time in Inkscape which I’m fortunate to be more familiar with creating my own version of playing card suits and some arrows and imagery to enhance communication of the rules.
